Review

I just got finished reading a very interesting and fun new
eBook today. It shows you how to make extra money when
the unexpected comes up -- like when your car breaks down
or an unexpected bill pops up.

The eBook is called Emergency Cash Generators. It doesn't
just give a bunch of ideas but also tells you HOW to do them.

For example, one idea shows you how to make money fixing
spelling errors on other people's websites. It goes into a lot
of detail to show you how to find the websites that need
fixing, how to easily find the spelling errors and how to get
the website owner to pay you. It even includes a link checker
that gives you a report of broken links on the website -- it is
really cool and a great idea for making money.

Here is another one -- how to make money with eBay without
having to stock or ship products. This is really neat and it
even includes a downloadable video which takes you step
by step though a live auction that shows exactly how to do this.

I could go on and on. There are just loads and loads of ideas
that you can do.

You'll learn about a 17 year old girl who earns $500.00 a week
during summer vacation -- all the while doing something she
loves to do.

Or how about the woman that makes $1000.00 a week with a
special 14 word classified ad she runs in her local paper.

There is something for everyone here.

Do you have a plan for making extra money when you need it?

To find out more click here:

Discover the Emergency Cash Generators! Click here

This eBook has my highest recommendations.

GoldenFX

P.S. I just remembered another one I though was really
interesting: A special card that costs you about 75 cents to
have printed that brings in $20.00. The best thing is YOU
don't even have to sell the cards. Complete details are
included.

Discover the Emergency Cash Generators! He should be able to comprehend the regular patterns that lead to the upward or downward motion of profit values. In such a case, binary equation trading may provide a good opportunity for the trader to keep the highest amount of potential earnings he can possibly have.

A person is not required to have a master’s degree in mathematics or be a math genius to use this technique. The binary equation trading lets a trader have a significant overview towards a wide scope of direction expected for a particular exchange rate currency partner. All the trader has to do is to rely on the position recommended as projected by the binary equation formulation.

He can easily purchase a lower valued exchange rate and wait for a particular time frame to expect the exchange currency to increase. With a binary equation, he can easily predict when to sell his acquired foreign exchange currency. This will give him a definite residual advantage which serves as profit.

The binary equation trading is perceived to be a form of confidence tool among Forex traders. The most important attribute of this kind of trading concept is its ability to provide decision making rules for a particular trader.

Most of the technical systems that use binary equation trading have already acquired profits in real trading which is in contrast to a hypothetical approach brought by other trading parameters. The mode of trading can be optimized in such a way that it can be useful to almost any other trading platforms, not just for Forex.

If a trader uses a trading platform that heavily relies on the binary equation strategy, chances are, his profits are somehow guaranteed to take a positive course. Since most platforms conduct trading schemes in real time and instantly, a significant amount of stable profit is assured. Even though it only uses a single modular approach in trading, it can be used to conduct a system wide variety of trade exchanges.

With binary equation trading, the total management of trades can be simplified. Shorter forms of calculations may be done to conduct real time trading strategy. Results can be acquired within seconds of pre-calculation of profit generation prediction. A trader may simply opt to choose which results he may want to use for actual trading.

Even though the binary equation promotes a rather instant access to high end profit sources, the long term effect is not sacrificed.

A trader can rely on the effects of the calculation for future referencing of trades. He can conduct multiple trading strategies for a wide spectrum of platforms in future money manipulations.

FREE $125 REAl trading account! Trend indicators are indicating a bullish market and the overall strength of the trend is strong, as indicated by the ADX. Momentum readings are also bullish. However, the recent downturn in the difference between the MACD and the MACD signal line may indicate a short term decline over the next few days and should be watched.

TREND INDICATORS:

Simple Moving Average (10-Day): Recent activity this morning has seen prices trade above this moving average. Also, the slope of the moving average is in an upward slope from the previous session indicating further strength. As a result the 10-Day simple moving average has a strong bullish bias.

Simple Moving Average (25-Day): Recent activity this morning has seen prices trade above this moving average. Also, the slope of the moving average is in an upward slope from the previous session indicating further strength. As a result the 25-Day simple moving average has a strong bullish bias.

Simple Moving Average (50-Day): Recent activity this morning has seen prices trade above this moving average. Also, the slope of the moving average is in an upward slope from the previous session indicating further strength. As a result the 50-Day simple moving average has a strong bullish bias.

ADX: The Average Directional Change (ADX) indicates the strength of a markets underlying trend. A rising ADX is interpreted as building trend strength, while a falling ADX indicates weakness in the underlying trend and the potential of a market reversal. On this market, the 14-Day ADX is rising, while the long term trend, based on a 50-Day moving average, is up. As the ADX is rising it indicates that the current trend is strong and should remain intact. Look for the current trend to continue.

MOMENTUM INDICATORS:
MACD: The MACD is in bullish territory. However, the recent downturn in the difference between the MACD and the MACD signal line may indicate a short term decline over the next few days.

RSI: The 14-Day RSI is in neutral territory. (RSI is at 73.76). This indicator issues bullish signals when the RSI line dips below the oversold zone (currently set at 20.00); a bearish signal is generated when the RSI rises into the overbought zone (currently set at 80.00). Nevertheless with the RSI at 73.76 the market is somewhat overbought. However, this by itself isn't a strong enough indication to signal a trade. Look for additional evidence of weakness from this indicator before getting too bearish here.

VOLATILITY INDICATORS:

Bollinger Bands (20-Day Average +/-1 Standard Deviation): As prices are closer to the bottom band than the top band, the Bollinger Bands are indicating overbought prices. Volatility also appears to be increasing, as evidenced by a larger distance between the upper and lower bands over the past few sessions. The market is overbought and appears to be weakening. Look for a potential top in this area.

RESISTANCE AND SUPPORT LEVELS:

1.3442 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Plus 2 Standard Deviations
1.3373 - Highest High in last 10-Days
1.3373 - Highest High in last 50-Days
1.3350 - High
1.3324 - 3-Day Simple Moving Average
1.3295 - Last Price
1.3265 - Low
1.3234 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Plus 1 Standard Deviation
1.3216 - 10-Day Simple Moving Average
1.2977 - 25-Day Simple Moving Average
1.2857 - Lowest Low in last 10-Days
1.2825 - 50-Day Simple Moving Average
1.2818 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Minus 1 Standard Deviation
1.2807 - 100-Day Simple Moving Average
1.2650 - 200-Day Simple Moving Average
1.2610 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Minus 2 Standard Deviations
1.2526 - Lowest Low in last 50-Days

Japanese Yen:

Japanese Yen futures at the CME are higher this morning extending the prior sessions gains. Trend indicators are indicating a bullish market and the overall strength of the trend is strong, as indicated by the ADX. Momentum readings are also in bullish territory. Also, the market just made a 50-Day new high here, indicating further strength. Look for more new highs.

Volatility also appears to be increasing, as evidenced by a larger distance between the upper and lower bands over the past few sessions. Despite this overbought condition the market may become more overbought before turning lower. Also, given that we posted a 50-Day new high, the chance for further bullish momentum is higher. With the US elections two weeks away and the economy in reasonably good shape, but bound to weaken, the Fed left rates unchanged. The technical rally in oil and the high levels in the Dow are a tad worrisome at this point. The dollar should trade mixed to lower today.

Euro/dollar
Euro/dollar recovered Monday's losses but let's see how much higher it can get today.
Initial resistance is at 1.2650. Above this level, resistance is seen at 1.2710. Strong resistance is then seen at 1.2765, but the pair should not challenge it.
Immediate support is at 1.2685. If 1.2520 breaks, then expect the euro/dollar to challenge 1.2490. That could lead to a test of the pivotal low at 1.2460.
Oscillators are declining.

NEAR-TERM: Mixed with bullish bias
MEDIUM-TERM: Bearish
LONG-TERM: Bullish

Dollar/yen

Dollar/yen marched fell on Tuesday after failing to even approach 120.
Below 118.75, dollar/yen has support at 118.25 by another 50-point pivot that targets 117.75 and 118.75. Distant support is at 116.85 by a 50-point pivot, which targets 116.35 and 117.35

Strong resistance remains at 119.65 from a 50-point pivot that targets 119.15 and 120.15. If the defense of the KO options at 120 is somehow surpassed, expect heavy hunting for stop-loss orders. Above 120.15, resistance is seen at 120.50.
Oscillators are rising.

NEAR-TERM: Mixed
MEDIUM-TERM: Slightly bullish
LONG-TERM: Bearish

Sterling/dollar

Sterling/dollar advanced on Wednesday and recovereed more of the Monday's loses. The upside lookks fairly limited.

Above 1.8800 there is a pitotal level at 1.8858.. Further resistance is seen at 1.8890.
Immediate support is at 1.8745. Further supportis at 1.8673. That is followed by 1.8660 and 1.8605. Distant support is at 1.8514.
Oscillators are declining.

NEAR-TERM: Mixed
MEDIUM-TERM: Slightly bearish
LONG-TERM: Bullish

Dollar/Swiss franc

Dollar/Swiss edged lower on Wednesday. Again, it would take a break above 1.2700 to convince us that this upmove has legs, but the odds are better for a mild decline.

Above 1.2700, the pair retains a pivotal high at 1.2770. Further resistance is at 1.2818.
Below 1.2610, dollar/Swiss franc has support at 1.2582. Only a break below 1.2525 would signal aggressive weakness and a test of 1.2470.
Oscillators are mixed.

NEAR-TERM: Mixed
MEDIUM-TERM: Mixed to slightly bullish
LONG-TERM: Bearish

Forex Market Commentary for October 20, 2006

The short-term overbought dollar fell broadly on Thursday and the weak Philly Fed report accelerated the slide. The weakness should last today as well.

Euro/dollar

Euro/dollar finally exploded out last Friday's range on its way to a near two-week high. It should see more strength today, but the pace of the rally should decelerate.
Above 1.2650, the euro/dollar has resistance at 1.2715. Pivotal resistance follows at 1.2765.
Initial support is at 1.2575. Next support is at 1.2550. Below 1.2500, support now comes at 1.2465.

Oscillators are declining.

NEAR-TERM: Slightly bullish
MEDIUM-TERM: Bearish
LONG-TERM: Bullish

Dollar/yen

Dollar/yen fell sharply on Thursday after failing its attempt of recovery. More weakness is seen for today
Below 117.75, dollar/yen has support at 117.15. Distant support is at 116.06.
Initial resistance is at 118.25 by another 50-point pivot that targets 117.75 and 118.75. Above 119.00, the key level resistance remains at 119.65 from a 50-point pivot that targets 119.15 and 120.15. Above 120.15, resistance is seen at 120.50. Further resistance is the pegged at 121.05 from another 50-point pivot that targets 120.55 and 121.55.
Oscillators are rising.

NEAR-TERM: Slightly bearish.
MEDIUM-TERM: Slightly bullish
LONG-TERM: Bearish

Sterling/dollar

Sterling/dollar rallied to a 13-day high on Thursday and the strength shoudl persist.
Initial resistance is seen at 1.8860. Above 1.8895, resistance comes at 1.8955.
Immediate support is at 1.8750. Trend indicators are indicating a bearish market and the overall strength of the trend is strong, as indicated by the ADX. Momentum readings are also bearish. However, the recent upturn in the difference between the MACD and the MACD signal line may indicate a short term rally over the next few days and should be watched.

TREND INDICATORS:

Simple Moving Average (10-Day): Recent activity this morning has seen prices trade below this moving average. Also, the slope of the moving average is in a downward slope from the previous session indicating further weakness. As a result the 10-Day simple moving average has a strong bearish bias.

Simple Moving Average (25-Day): Recent activity this morning has seen prices trade below this moving average. Also, the slope of the moving average is in a downward slope from the previous session indicating further weakness. As a result the 25-Day simple moving average has a strong bearish bias.

Simple Moving Average (50-Day): Recent activity this morning has seen prices trade below this moving average. Also, the slope of the moving average is in a downward slope from the previous session indicating further weakness. As a result the 50-Day simple moving average has a strong bearish bias.

ADX: The Average Directional Change (ADX) indicates the strength of a markets underlying trend. A rising ADX is interpreted as building trend strength, while a falling ADX indicates weakness in the underlying trend and the potential of a market reversal. On this market, the 14-Day ADX is rising, while the long term trend, based on a 50-Day moving average, is down. As the ADX is rising this indicates that the current trend is strong and should remain intact. Look for the current trend to continue.

MOMENTUM INDICATORS:
MACD: The MACD is in bearish territory. However, the recent upturn in the difference between the MACD and the MACD signal line may indicate a short term rally over the next few days.

RSI: The 14-Day RSI is in neutral territory. (RSI is at 37.30). This indicator issues bullish signals when the RSI line dips below the oversold zone (currently set at 20.00); a bearish signal is generated when the RSI rises into the overbought zone (currently set at 80.00). Nevertheless with the RSI at 37.30 the market is somewhat oversold. However, this by itself isn't a strong enough indication to signal a trade. Look for additional evidence of strength from this indicator before getting too bullish here.

VOLATILITY INDICATORS:

Bollinger Bands (20-Day Average +/-1 Standard Deviation): As prices are closer to the bottom band than the top band, the Bollinger Bands are indicating oversold prices. Despite this oversold condition the market may become more oversold before turning higher. As a result, the market will look for additional strength in prices before turning bullish on this indicator.

RESISTANCE AND SUPPORT LEVELS:

1.2961 - Highest High in last 50-Days
1.2873 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Plus 2 Standard Deviations
1.2776 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Plus 1 Standard Deviation
1.2765 - Highest High in last 10-Days
1.2751 - 100-Day Simple Moving Average
1.2751 - 50-Day Simple Moving Average
1.2697 - 25-Day Simple Moving Average
1.2589 - 10-Day Simple Moving Average
1.2584 - High
1.2584 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Minus 1 Standard Deviation
1.2579 - 3-Day Simple Moving Average
1.2578 - Last Price
1.2571 - Low
1.2526 - Lowest Low in last 10-Days
1.2526 - Lowest Low in last 50-Days
1.2518 - 200-Day Simple Moving Average
1.2488 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Minus 2 Standard Deviations

Japanese Yen:

Japanese Yen futures at the CME are higher this morning reversing the weaker tone seen during the prior session. Trend indicators are indicating a bearish market. However the overall strength of the trend, as indicated by the ADX, is weak and should be watched as a result. Momentum readings are also bearish. However, the recent upturn in the difference between the MACD and the MACD signal line may indicate a short term rally over the next few days and should be watched.

TREND INDICATORS:

Simple Moving Average (10-Day): Recent activity this morning has seen prices trade above this moving average. However, despite prices trading above the moving average line, the moving average is in a downward slope from the previous session. If prices trade below the moving average then the trend will be clearly established as up. However, this strength in the price will need to be watched. As a result the 10-Day simple moving average has a weak bearish bias.

On this market, the 14-Day ADX is falling, while the long term trend, based on a 50-Day moving average, is down. However, the weak ADX indicates that the current trend is deteriorating and may possibly reverse. Look for a choppiness ahead.

MOMENTUM INDICATORS:
MACD: The MACD is in bearish territory. However, the recent upturn in the difference between the MACD and the MACD signal line may indicate a short term rally over the next few days.

RSI: The 14-Day RSI is in neutral territory. (RSI is at 42.36). This indicator issues bullish signals when the RSI line dips below the oversold zone (currently set at 20.00); a bearish signal is generated when the RSI rises into the overbought zone (currently set at 80.00). Nevertheless with the RSI at 42.36 the market is somewhat oversold.

0.8765 - Highest High in last 50-Days
0.8689 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Plus 2 Standard Deviations
0.8684 - 200-Day Simple Moving Average
0.8671 - 100-Day Simple Moving Average
0.8611 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Plus 1 Standard Deviation
0.8583 - Highest High in last 10-Days
0.8580 - 50-Day Simple Moving Average
0.8550 - 25-Day Simple Moving Average
0.8488 - High
0.8485 - 3-Day Simple Moving Average
0.8483 - Last Price
0.8469 - Low
0.8462 - 10-Day Simple Moving Average
0.8454 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Minus 1 Standard Deviation
0.8414 - Lowest Low in last 50-Days
0.8414 - Lowest Low in last 10-Days
0.8376 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Minus 2 Standard Deviations

TEN (10) RULES FOR SUCCESSFUL TRADING

Traders have developed lots of rules over the years in an attempt to refine the way they make trading decisions. So it’s not hard to come up with a list of 10 trading rules that can be part of a trading plan. Some are generic and general and not exclusive to any particular trader or trading approach. Others can be very precise as traders tweak rules into their trading system. The rules below have been selected for their broad appeal to many types of traders. They are presented in no particular order of importance.

1. Don’t trade markets about which you know very little.
This is not to imply that you have to be a fundamental expert on every market you wish to trade. However, you should know about what fundamentals are impacting, or could impact, a market you are contemplating trading. For example, a person who has only traded grains would not want to jump right into a Treasury Bond futures trade without first doing a bit of homework on how the bond market trades – price increments (dollar amount per tick), trading hours, on what exchange the market trades, etc.

A trader could pick up a Wall Street Journal and read the “Credit Markets” section for a week or so to become familiar with fundamental factors that influence the bond market. Also, consider this: Most traders enjoy the process of trading. If they did not, they would likely just hand their money over to a “fund manager” and give the manager discretionary control over their money. Learning and knowing what fundamental factors are impacting or could impact a market that a trader plans to trade is part of the process (enjoyment) of trading.

2. Don’t trade hot “tips.”
You may trade for 20 years and never hear a good trading tip. Reason: There aren’t any . . . at least not any that are any good for regular individual traders. Markets are way too big and too tightly regulated to be impacted by any tips or inside information. Any legitimate “early information” has almost certainly already been factored into the market price structure by the time most individual traders could ever benefit from it.

Don’t confuse tips with rumors. Markets do move on rumors more than just occasionally. Rumors are a part of trading but still fall into the category of “not much use” to off-floor traders. Besides, many rumors are never confirmed as fact and are often self-serving to those who try to start them.

3. Don’t get too fancy with your market orders.
Entering a trade “at the market” with a market order may be the best way to enter a trading position, especially in markets that are liquid (have high open interest). It’s certainly the easiest way to enter. Fiddling around with limit or stop-limit or other multi-step orders to save a tick or two or three can cost a trader a good entry point or even a missed trade altogether.

It’s certainly easy to be guilty of this offense because every trader is always trying to get just a little better price. This doesn’t mean that limit or stop-limit or other types of orders are not useful in certain circumstances because they are. However, most trade entries are best made “at the market.” Look at pitchers in major league baseball who “nibble” with their pitches around home plate. Most wind up with a walk instead of an out.

4. Don’t form a new market opinion during trading hours.
This rule goes hand in hand with the rule that says you need to stick to your trading plan of action. Day-to-day market “noise,” or the minor up-and-down price fluctuations of a market, can be at least distracting to a trader and at most prompt the trader to make a hasty and poorly founded trading decision.

5. Don’t force trades; if you don’t see a trade, stand aside.
Don’t chase a market just to put on a trade. Try to exhibit patience and discipline in trading – easily said but hard to follow. Patience and discipline are not easy virtues for any trader to learn because a typical futures trader has a “Type A” personality with a competitive nature who hates to wait in lines. However, to have even a chance at success in trading, you have to control your impatience. If you happen to miss a trading opportunity because you waited too long, other trading opportunities will come along.

A good trade is usually profitable right from the beginning. If the market price moves “your way” in the first couple days after you’ve executed the trade, then odds are significantly higher that your trade will be a winner if you have waited patiently for the right position. This rule reinforces the notion that tight protective stops are an important part of trading success. But there is a time to be impatient: If a straight futures trade is under water after two or three days, more times than not it’s prudent to take a small loss and move on. Do not be patient with losers.

6. Use intermarket analysis to spot trading opportunities.
No market trades in isolation but is influenced by what is happening in a number of related markets. Don’t focus on just one market as much of today’s single-market technical analysis does. Instead, take into account developments in other markets that are likely to affect prices in your target market. If you trade stock indexes, you have to be aware of what is taking place in interest rate, currency and commodity markets such as gold. The price of a market you want to trade may be the sum of what is happening in ten or more interrelated markets.

7. Watch open interest statistics, especially in options.
When you are contemplating trading any contract, make sure to first check the open interest for that specific contract or strike price. If a futures contract or options strike price has a low open interest total, it is probably best to seek out a more liquid contract. Fills on both entry and exit can be tough and may produce more slippage than is desired. When you get into a position, be sure it is liquid enough so you can get out on favorable terms.

8. Know what you can and cannot control.
You can control the market you want to trade. You can control the type of market order you want to give your broker. You can control when you want to enter the market. You can control the amount of contracts you wish to trade. You can control when you want to exit the market.

But you can’t control the market, which often has a habit of doing unusual and unexpected things. Knowing and prudently managing the market factors you can control and knowing that you cannot control the market gives you a trading edge.

9. Make the market’s action confirm your opinions.
If you have a particular market on your “radar screen” for a trade, don’t just jump in based on a hunch or a “gut feeling” or because you want to get a fill right away. That’s when a market order advised above may not be in your best interest. Make the market first confirm your opinion. Make the market show you some strength if you want to be long, or make it show you some weakness if you want to be short.

10. Do not overtrade.
Trying to trade too many markets or too many contracts in one market can create problems for an undercapitalized trader. There is no set rule for how many markets a trader should trade at one time. Some traders can trade many markets at the same time and not have a problem. However, if you are feeling stress about a position you are carrying or can’t keep up with what’s going on in all the markets you are trading, then you are likely over-trading.

For those traders who are really not sure how many markets to trade at one time or how many contracts to trade for each position, it’s always better to take a conservative approach. Step in slowly until you become comfortable trading in a larger size or in multiple markets.

Forex Futures Morning Commentary

Euro-FX:

The euro is trading weaker this morning extending the prior sessions weaker close.

(RSI is at 33.12). This indicator issues bullish signals when the RSI line dips below the oversold zone (currently set at 20.00); a bearish signal is generated when the RSI rises into the overbought zone (currently set at 80.00). Nevertheless with the RSI at 33.12 the market is somewhat oversold, but given the 50-Day new low here, greater oversold levels are likely.

VOLATILITY INDICATORS:

Bollinger Bands (20-Day Average +/-1 Standard Deviation): As prices are closer to the bottom band than the top band, the Bollinger Bands are indicating oversold prices. Volatility also appears to be increasing, as evidenced by a larger distance between the upper and lower bands over the past few sessions. Despite this oversold condition the market may become more oversold before turning higher. As a result, the market will look for additional strength in prices before turning bullish on this indicator.

RESISTANCE AND SUPPORT LEVELS:

1.2961 - Highest High in last 50-Days

1.2897 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Plus 2 Standard Deviations

1.2817 - Highest High in last 10-Days

1.2803 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Plus 1 Standard Deviation

1.2768 - 50-Day Simple Moving Average

1.2758 - 100-Day Simple Moving Average

1.2719 - 25-Day Simple Moving Average

1.2642 - 10-Day Simple Moving Average

1.2614 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Minus 1 Standard Deviation

1.2568 - 3-Day Simple Moving Average

1.2556 - High

1.2550 - Last Price

1.2533 - Low

1.2526 - Lowest Low in last 10-Days

1.2526 - Lowest Low in last 50-Days

1.2520 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Minus 2 Standard Deviations

1.2511 - 200-Day Simple Moving Average

Japanese Yen:

Japanese Yen futures at the CME are weaker this morning extending the prior sessions weaker close. As a result, the market will look for additional strength in prices before turning bullish on this indicator.

RESISTANCE AND SUPPORT LEVELS:

0.8827 - Highest High in last 50-Days
0.8726 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Plus 2 Standard Deviations
0.8693 - 100-Day Simple Moving Average
0.8687 - 200-Day Simple Moving Average
0.8647 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Plus 1 Standard Deviation
0.8608 - Highest High in last 10-Days
0.8607 - 50-Day Simple Moving Average
0.8574 - 25-Day Simple Moving Average
0.8511 - 10-Day Simple Moving Average
0.8491 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Minus 1 Standard Deviation
0.8451 - High
0.8447 - Last Price
0.8432 - 3-Day Simple Moving Average
0.8423 - Lowest Low in last 50-Days
0.8423 - Lowest Low in last 10-Days
0.8423 - Low
0.8413 - 20-Day Simple Moving Average Minus 2 Standard Deviations

Trading Psychology: Mistakes In A Trading Environment

Trading Psychology: Mistakes In A Trading Environment
By: Raul Lopez

When it comes to trading, one of the most neglected subjects are those dealing with trading psychology. Most traders spend days, months and even years trying to find the right system. But having a system is just part of the game. Don’t get us wrong, it is very important to have a system that perfectly suits the trader, but it is as important as having a money management plan, or to understand all psychology barriers that may affect the trader decisions and other issues. In order to succeed in this business, there must be equilibrium between all important aspects of trading.

In the trading environment, when you lose a trade, what is the first idea that pops up in your mind? It would probably be, “There must be something wrong with my system”, or “I knew it, I shouldn’t have taken this trade” (even when your system signaled it). But sometimes we need to dig a little deeper in order to see the nature of our mistake, and then work on it accordingly.

When it comes to trading the Forex market as well as other markets, only 5% of traders achieve the ultimate goal: to be consistent in profits. What is interesting though is that there is just a tiny difference between this 5% of traders and the rest of them. The top 5% grow from mistakes; mistakes are a learning experience, they learn an invaluable lesson on every single mistake made. Deep in their minds, a mistake is one more chance to try it harder and do it better the next time, because they know they might not get a chance the next time. And at the end, this tiny difference becomes THE big difference.

Mistakes in the trading environment

Most of us relate a trading mistake to the outcome (in terms of money) of any given trade. The truth is, a mistake has nothing to do with it, mistakes are made when certain guidelines are not followed. When the rules you trade by are violated. Take for instance the following scenarios:

First scenario: The system signals a trade.

1. Signal taken and trade turns out to be a profitable trade.

Outcome of the trade: Positive, made money.

Experience gained: Its good to follow the system, if I do this consistently the odds will turn in my favor. Confidence is gained in both the trader and the system.

Mistake made: None.

2. Signal taken and trade turns out to be a loosing trade.

Outcome of the trade: Negative, lost money.

Experience gained: It is impossible to win every single trade, a loosing trade is just part of the business; our raw material, we know we can’t get them all right. Even with this lost trade, the trader is proud about himself for following the system. Confidence in the trader is gained.

Mistake made: None.

3. Signal not taken and trade turns out to be a profitable trade.

Outcome of the trade: Neutral.

Experience gained: Frustration, the trader always seems to get in trades that turned out to be loosing trades and let the profitable trades go away. Confidence is lost in the trader self.

Mistake made: Not taking a trade when the system signaled it.

4. Signal not taken and trade turns out to be a loosing trade.

Outcome of the trade: Neutral.

Experience gained: The trader will start to think “hey, I’m better than my system”. Even if the trader doesn't think on it consciously, the trader will rationalize on every signal given by the system because deep in his or her mind, his or her “feeling” is more intelligent than the system itself. From this point on, the trader will try to outguess the system. This mistake has catastrophic effects on our confidence to the system. The confidence on the trader turns into overconfidence.

Mistake made: Not taking a trade when system signaled it

Second Scenario: System does not signal a trade.

1. No trade is taken

Outcome of the trade: Neutral

Experience gained: Good discipline, we only need to take trades when the odds are in our favor, just when the system signals it. Confidence gained in both the trader self and the system.

Mistake made: None

2. A trade is taken, turns out to be a profitable trade.

Outcome of the trade: Positive, made money.

Experience gained: This mistake has the most catastrophic effects in the trader self, the system and most importantly in the trader’s trading career. You will start to think you need no system, you know better from them all. From this point on, you will start to trade based on what you think. Confidence in the system is totally lost. Confidence in the trader self turns into overconfidence.

Mistake made: Take a trade when there was no signal from the system.

3. A trade is taken, turned out to be a loosing trade.

Outcome of the trade: negative, lost money.

Experience gained: The trader will rethink his strategy. The next time, the trader will think it twice before getting in a trade when the system does not signal it. The trader will go “Ok, it is better to get in the market when my system signals it, only those trade have a higher probability of success”. Confidence is gained in the system.

Mistake made: Take a trade when there was no signal from the system

As you can see, there is absolutely no correlation between the outcome of the trade and a mistake. The most catastrophic mistake even has a positive trade outcome, made money, but this could be the beginning of the end of the trader’s career. As we have already stated, mistakes must only be related to the violation of rules a trader trades by.

All these mistakes were directly related to the signals given by a system, but the same is applied when getting out of a trade. There are also mistakes related to following a trading plan. For example, risking more money on a given trade than the amount the trader should have risked and many more.

Most mistakes can be avoided by first having a trading plan. A trading plan includes the system: the criteria we use to get in and out the market, the money management plan: how much we will risk on any given trade, and many other points. Secondly, and most important, we need to have the discipline to follow strictly our plan. We created our plan when no trade was placed on, thus no psychology barriers were up front. So, the only thing we are certain about is that if we follow our plan, the decision taken is on our best interests, and in the long run, these decisions will help us have better results. We don’t have to worry about isolated events, or trades that could had give us better results at first, but then they could have catastrophic results in our trading career.

How to deal with mistakes

There are many possible ways to properly manage mistakes. We will suggest the one that works better for us.

Step one: Belief change.

Every mistake is a learning experience. They all have something valuable to offer. Try to counteract the natural tendency of feeling frustrated and approach mistakes in a positive manner. Instead of yelling to everyone around and feeling disappointed, say to yourself “ok, I did something wrong, what happened? What is it?

Step two: Identify the mistake made.

Define the mistake, find out what caused the mistake, and try as hard as you can to effectively see the nature of that mistake. Finding the mistake nature will prevent you from making the same mistake again. More than often you will find the answer where you less expected. Take for instance a trader that doesn’t follow the system. The reason behind this could be that the trader is afraid of loosing. But then, why is he or she afraid? It could be that the trader is using a system that does not fit him or her, and finds difficult to follow every signal. In this case, as you can see, the nature of the mistake is not in the surface. You need to try as hard as you can to find the real reason of the given mistake.

Step three: Measure the consequences of the mistake.

List the consequences of making that particular mistake, both good and bad. Good consequences are those that make us better traders after dealing with the mistake. Think on all possible reasons you can learn from what happened. For the same example above, what are the consequences of making that mistake? Well, if you don’t follow the system, you will gradually loose confidence in it, and this at the end will put you into trades you don’t really want to be, and out of trades you should be in.

Step four: Take action.

Taking proper action is the last and most important step. In order to learn, you need to change your behavior. Make sure that whatever you do, you become “this-mistake-proof”. By taking action we turn every single mistake into a small part of success in our trading career. Continuing with the same example, redefining the system would be the trader’s final step. The trader would put a system that perfectly fits him or her, so the trader doesn’t find any trouble following it in future signals.

Understanding the fact that the outcome of any trade has nothing to do with a mistake will open your mind to other possibilities, where you will be able to understand the nature of every mistake made. This at the same time will open the doors for your trading career as you work and take proper action on every mistake made.

The process of success is slow, and plenty of times it is attributed to repeated mistakes made and the constant struggle to get past these mistakes, working on them accordingly. How we deal with them will shape our future as a trader, and most importantly as a person.

The Following are some FOREX Signals!

The Following are some FOREX Signals! You may have already heard about their story for they are among the few who are on their way to making millions worth of cash just by promoting Adsense sites.

Anyone, any age and gender can become money generating Adsense publishers as long as they what it takes. How does one go about this Internet advertising?

Writing articles for Adsense is the way to do it. Using the right keywords in your articles and having Google ads on a certain site has become the most profitable way of marketing that anybody can get into. No experience and level of education needed. If you are not using this strategy, or may not be aware of it in the first place, chances are you may be losing thousands of dollars worth of extra income and still do not know it yet.

This is one of the many reasons why writing original quality content articles is now the latest in marketing buzz. Content and links. When combined together becomes a really powerful tool to a successful web site and richer individuals. Many internet marketing professionals are already aware of the value of an original quality content and how using keywords can drive targeted traffic into their sites from the search engines.

So why don’t all these web site owners write and submit their own articles if that is what is important?

The simple and understandable answer is that it takes time to write articles, submit them and get targeted traffic to their websites. That is why they get the services of those who can spares sometime to write the articles that would cater to their site purpose but still turn out as a good quality and unique piece of work.

To get into the Adsense marketing business and start earning some good cash, ask yourself. Did you enjoy writing when you were in school? If you answer yes to this question, you already have an initial advantage over most internet marketing business owners that wants to make money online and doing it at home. Maybe for sometime, I will post some good articles here aside from my Forex journey.

With the boom in the Adsense market comes the need for sites to want fresh, quality and original keyword rich content. This way, web site owners can have a steady supply of articles with the proper keywords that they relate to their site contents. The result of this is seen in the sites page rank when indexed by the search engines. Which, in turn, gets moreAdsense ads to show above, below or next to the article on their website with targeted traffic.

What do people have to do?

Write quality and original content, keyword or phrase rich articles with links to your website in the resource box. Then build a website or web page with targeted keyword or phrase rich original content for the targeted traffic that originates from the articles you wrote. Finally, you will have a Google Adsense ads that are targeted to your keyword or phrase rich original content site where visitors will get to visit when they come looking for information.

In order for me to get rid of TOO MUCH STRESS while trading the Forex, it's fun to write such articles.

Newbie Forex Trading Plan

Newbie Trading Plan

1. Follow your plan.
2. One time frame.
3. One market.
4. One signal.
5. One contract.
6. Determine your risk before entering a trade.
7. Set a stop immediately after entering a trade.
8. Determine exit before entering a trade.
9. Record on paper all of the characteristics of each trade.

Two through four of this plan is a matter of simple choice, not much to debate; and more or less a no-brainer. Number one speaks for itself. If you don’t follow your plan exactly, when something goes wrong, you will not be able to analyze it and dissect the problem. You must treat trading like a business and not a video game if you expect to succeed. By sticking to your plan and recording what was happening when you entered and exited a trade, you stay focused, regardless of what happened. It gives you a frame of reference and a plan to succeed the next time you encounter the same set-up. When you encounter the trade again with a successful result; it provides you with something that money can’t buy: psychological capital. It might come as a surprise, but trading is not a skill. The market is a battle of the bulls vs. bears/buyers vs. sellers/up vs. down. Trading is a battle from within. The market never changes, only your perception of it. Your trading plan keeps your mind focused on your reaction to market and away from the mind games that are created from fear and greed.

The use of one time-frame eliminates the confusion created by ambiguous and conflicting signals. It is a matter of personal preference as to which one you chose. Which one? The time-frame that you like best is usually the one that shows the best set-ups for your style of trading. A time-frame that’s too fast is a typical problem. The bottom line is: if it’s not working, make a change. The five minute time-frame is probably the best one to use, at least while confidence is being built because is gives you 3-4 minutes to decided if you’re going to take a position.

Every market has its own unique characteristics and staying focused on one allows you to know in a general way, what to expect in various situations, freeing you to react to CCI signals and staying focused on your plan. For new people the YM provides excellent trading opportunities by trending well on most days and when the transition is made from simulation to real money, the $5.00/point contract allows for a more forgiving outcome if the market turns against your position.

Learning and becoming proficient with one signal at a time; knowing exactly how to react when presented the opportunity is a practical way to stay focused on your plan. The ZLR is best CCI signal to begin trading because it is nothing more than a retrace; a pull-back creating a buying or selling opportunity. There are at least 4-5 good ZLR trades using the 5 minute YM on any given day.

I have heard it said that if you can trade one contract, you can trade two. I believe that to be true, but I also believe the reverse; if you can’t trade one you can’t trade two. My question to you would be: why risk twice as much psychological capital as necessary?
Remember, this is not a video game. Losing 30 ticks with one contract in 4 separate trades and then making it all back with 4 contracts in one trade is pure luck. You might be able to do that once in while, but over the long haul, it does nothing to build confidence, focus and psychological capital. There is no such thing as a lucky trader.

Six through nine is where the rubber meets the road. You must determine your risk before taking a position. This is not a mystifying, hard to calculate, complicated formula. It is simply, how far you are willing to let a position turn against you before you exit; your tolerance or aversion for risk. The reasons you have to determine risk beforehand are to not only save capital in a losing trade, but also to keep your mind out of the hope mode. When you close a losing trade, you stick to your rules and you can take comfort that anything can happen, which in turn leaves you prepared in a positive mode to watch for the next signal. Conversely, if you don’t have rules to trade by, any loss will leave you wondering what happened, making you feel alienated from the flow of the market. That will cause pain. Pain will cause psychological capital to be deducted from your mental account. A stop is an essential part of trading. One never knows when a program trade will go out of control causing a sudden spike in price, taking down everyone in its path. As a trader, you know that anything can happen. After entering a position you could put a stop two ticks above/below the entry bar, backing it up 5-6 ticks to allow for backing and filling. The CCI is a momentum indicator, if the move is good, momentum will continue. If the bar is too long; more than 10 ticks, pass on the trade. If you see the market turning against your position you can exit the trade before it hits your stop. A trader must recognize when a trade is not working; exiting as quickly as possible. This is the root of money management. All of these decisions will depend on your tolerance for risk. Separate but closely related to determining risk and setting stops is when to exit a winning trade. There is probably nothing more demoralizing than to allow a winning trade to turn into a break-even or a losing trade. Targets can be set or simply using the movement of the CCI.

I do not wish to speak too much of the mechanical aspects of entry and exit because those decisions are personal and individualistic. Keeping track of stats allows a trader to examine very closely, not only losing, but also winning trades. Next to your computer should be a piece of paper with the details of entry, stops, exit, drawdown, MFE, angle of EMA, color of LSMA, TCCI and whatever data you feel is pertinent. Clint from Texas has explained stats keeping in an excellent presentation that can be viewed on woodie’s website. It keeps your mind focused on the trading plan and away from the temptation of making up trades, no matter what the outcome. The entire plan lays the groundwork that builds a bridge from your inexperience as a trader to intuitively knowing what will probably happen before it does; operative word: probably. We as traders never know the outcome until it happens. A trading plan is really a picture of the health of a trader, similar to a balance sheet which is a snap-shot of the health of a corporation. Staying focused and following your plan gathers psychological capital and builds the confidence that traders need to survive.

It’s a good idea to have written in a separate place away from your computer, all telephone numbers for your trading company, internet service provider and data feed companies for emergency, in case of a power outage. You might have to exit a position by an alternate means.

I'm Trading the FOREX for REAL!

Please bookmark this page NOW if you haven'tdone so...

You will receive some free Forex ebook downloads and TIPS, TRICKS, Etc., for US to succeed in forex!

For the meantime, enjoy these Forex News Bulletin...

The Truth about High Percent Sites

As you are no doubt aware, there are so many sites to choose from at the moment, there must be some way to ensure that the sites you join and put your hard earned cash into are honest and reliable. Unfortunately there is no way to ensure that, but there are ways you can minimize the risk. You should ask yourself, (and probably the webmasters too) some questions before investing any money into their program. The first question you should ask is "Who owns this program?" Beware of that bloke named "Admin" who seems to have a finger in nearly every single site. If you don't know the owners name, send him an email and ask him. If you don't get a response, or you get told lies, then don't upgrade in that program. How do you know if you are being told lies? Don't believe everything you are told, do some checking of your own. Make a whois search on the domain name. This used to be a great way of finding out info about a WM, but now they are finding ways of hiding their information. So if their information is hidden, and they cannot or will not give you an explanation as to why, don't invest in their program. If they do provide some information, check it. If you have joined the program, login and go to the upgrades page, and see who the money is going to. You can go right through the process and get out of it at any time. The upgrade is not completed until you press "Pay". Compare the information. If it is radically different and you still wish to join the program, (Why would you?) then email the owner again and ask him why the discrepancy. There is no need to be aggressive in these emails as you may put an honest webmaster offside, however a polite request will usually provide you with the info you need.

Next question you need to ask yourself is "Is the deal this program offers genuine?" "Is it sustainable?" History has already proved that a program that offers more than 1% is not sustainable in the long term. Look at the maths, a 1% program promises to pay you $3.65 over a period of 12 months for every dollar you invest. Is this sustainable? Of course it is, if the webmaster has a plan, and reinvests your upgrades wisely. I recently saw a program offering 10% for 30 days. Is that sustainable? Absolutely not! For every dollar you invest this program has to pay you $3, but they only have 30 days to do it. Where is the reality in that? Where does the money come from? The WM concerned would have us believe it is going to come from the sale of advertising. Hullo.... Why would anyone purchase advertising in an autosurf program, when they already get it for free. If you don't believe me, sit and watch next time you are surfing Studio Traffic. The most common ads you will see on Studio Traffic are ads for other Studio sites. If they can't sell advertising, how can a "new kid on the block". This is nothing more than a "Tripler" with an autosurf program attached. If you get in early you may get paid, but if you do it will be at the expense of someone else down the line who will not. Classic ponzi scheme.

Other Warning Signs. Don't upgrade in a program that bombards you with emails making special offers of matching upgrades, or more. Be extra wary if these emails are in BLOCK LETTERS. This method of scamming has already been used in about 20 programs to collect huge amounts of members funds and then disappear. Now they have a new one, "If you have previously upgraded with earnings you are breaking our rules, and have 5 days to upgrade or have your account deleted" Let them delete you. If you haven't upgraded before you have nothing to lose, and if you do upgrade YOU WILL LOSE IT. Don't upgrade in a program that only offers e-gold and Moneybookers as payment options. There is a fair chance that the owners of these sites are the same people referred to above. They have scammed before, and they will do it again. Don't fall for the "Payouts are complete" emails these programs send out. This is another ploy to convince free members to upgrade. The ones that are still waiting to be paid will not have their emails answered, and will not get paid. Be aware of people that have already failed previously, and then open up another site. Some are deliberate scams, and some are just bad business people, either way, have nothing to do with them. It is also a warning sign when you get an email from a site proclaiming that the owner is sick. Whilst I have no doubt that some of these emails are genuine, the truth of the matter is that almost all of these sites close shortly after. Unfortunately it is usually too late by the time we get notified.

~*~Courtesy of http://www.autosurfinfo.com/~*~
~*~Owner of http://www.dadndaves.net -An Autosurf Site~*~

Common Sense Investing

by Lance Spicer

“Doesn’t everybody use common sense when they invest?” The simple answer is few people do in reality. In fact many novice investors do the exact opposite.

They use their emotions or gut feeling to decide which investment to put money in. Some, even experienced investors, get caught up in hearsay, or “hot tips”.

Unfortunately, greed and anxiety run off with their common sense and it rarely makes a re-appearance…. until all their money is gone anyway. Now, I’m not just talking about mistakes made by buying the wrong shares, although that is a common occurrence and we’ll talk about that a bit later, but all the weird and wonderful schemes that people think will make them rich.

Schemes such as the ones where people get paid between 5% and 20% per month. Often called trading programs, these schemes are nothing but scams and ponzi schemes that are more urban myth than actual investment. Sure, some people do get paid, for a while, but the scheme soon stumbles and the whole thing collapses, although some schemes have lasted a few years, one that comes to mind was in Queensland, the Wattle Group, and it lasted for over six years.

My advice is to stay away from these things, they are promoted by people who earn a high commission from your participation and quite often the person promoting the scheme doesn’t know it’s a scam either, that’s how convincing they can be. I have seen some so elaborate and sophisticated that it had bankers and professional investors fooled. You’ve been warned, stay away.

When it comes to the stock market, being fooled into parting with your hard earned money can be almost as easy as being lured into some elaborate scam. The worst offenders here are inexperienced brokers and the venerable “hot tips” from friends and associates.

You shouldn’t depend on your broker for all the answers, they will all too often let you down. If your broker was such an “all-seeing genius”, what’s he or she doing turning up for work each day – they should be lounging around on their yacht. True? The truth is there are no “gurus”, there are only people with good information and common sense. This is all the world’s greatest investor, Warren Buffett uses. Good old-fashioned common sense, a commodity not often used in the hustle and bustle of share trading and investing.

For instance, look at your portfolio; do you know why you own shares in each of these companies? What compelled you to buy these particular shares? Do you know what they do? What is their compound earnings growth for the last 5 years? What is their estimated earnings growth for the next 5? You need to have answers to these questions, before you buy the company, not after.

The major and only real reason to invest in a company is for its earnings – current and future. Without earnings or the 100% guaranteed prospect of future earnings, the company is worth nothing, that simple.

Would you really want to invest in a company that has very little chance of making a profit in the future? So, why do some investors invest in “penny dreadful” mining shares or those “dot com” companies?

Many of these companies will never make a profit. The reason they invested, is because they have probably been swept away by emotion, greed to be exact – no common sense there. This is my point, common sense dictates that you would probably be a fool to invest in these companies, but people still do.

My philosophy is simple, look for earnings growth. Where earnings growth goes, the share price will always follow. Sure, the market will have its ups and downs, but at the end of the day, growth in earnings will always win out, it always has and always will. So, how do you identify these companies with strong earnings growth?

Sometimes it’s not easy. While some brokers are often (my opinion only) a poor judge of picking stocks, some do have pretty good research departments and analysts who, based on what the particular company’s executives tell them and also reflecting on recent history, can often come pretty close to predicting the earnings not only for next year, but up to five years out with uncanny certainty.

The best I’ve seen are the New York analysts. These guys are good, they can predict a company’s quarterly earnings within a cent or so. However, this doesn’t make them good “pickers” of stocks, you need also to apply your common sense to this information. For instance, the company might be showing good earnings prospects according to the analysts, but will it last?

What I mean is, are the company’s products or services in great demand? Are they always innovating and coming up with new products? Does management appear to be good? Are they consistent with their growth? Is the future profit growth compounding at 10% or more, past and future? Does the future prediction of growth sit comfortably with the past? Bottom line – Does the prediction make sense?

If the answer is yes to all these questions…. You better buy some shares in that company! Now reflect on your portfolio again….…….. “Hmmmm….oops”, could be your reaction here. Common sense has kicked in hasn’t it?

Would you like the name of a company that has consistent 15% earnings growth for the last 10 years? A company that has predicted future growth of around 15%? A company with a record of share price growth compounding at over 15%pa? A company regarded by many as the best in the world and with the best management and CEO? Also, it’s products are regarded as the among the best in world. It’s General Electric Co. of the US. Your broker in Australia can buy shares for you, it’s that easy.

There are many companies out there that make similar claims, it’s just a matter of finding them. This takes time and effort, however it’s well worth it, just don’t forget to use common sense.

StudioTraffic: Earn Money Easily Every Month!

StudioTraffic is an advertising site that allows it's members to make money from watching the advertisement autosurf rotation. If you’re just starting out, you may wonder what constitutes a good investment. There are four important things you should require from each of your holdings.

1. What is the company selling for?
When you’re doing your research, it is important that you look at more than just the current share price. You will also need to find out what the entire business is selling for. The cost of acquiring the entire corporation is known as market capitalization and is frequently referred to by financial professionals.

2. Are the shares being bought back by the company?
Overall growth is not as important as growth per share, is one of the most important keys to investing. A company might have the same profit, sales, and revenue for five straight years, but then create large returns for an investor if the amount of available shares is in any way reduced.

In business, the same principle remains true. A shareholder should crave a management that has an active policy of reducing the overall amount of shares, thus making each investor’s stake in the company much bigger. This way, when the company is cut into small pieces, each investor gets a bigger cut of the profits, assets, and revenues. This is the foundation for the belief that when a company’s stock is selling on the market for less than it’s worth, the best investment any corporation can make is in itself.

3. What may be your reasons for investing with the company?
This is a very important part of knowing what to look for in an investment. Before purchasing your first initial share of a company, you should ask yourself why you are interested in investing in that particular stock. It’s very dangerous to fall in love with a corporation and buy it solely because you like it; after all, the best company in the world could be a lousy investment if you pay too much for it to begin with.

Always make sure the fundamentals of the company are the only reason that you are investing. Everything else is probably based on your emotions, which are considered to be detrimental in the financial world. You will have to remove your feelings completely from the equation when selecting your investments or you will be unable to make any kind of rational decisions.

4. Are you willing to own the stock for the next few years?
When you can answer this question correctly, then you know what to look for in an investment. If you are not willing to buy shares in a company and plan on forgetting about them for the next few years, you really shouldn’t own those shares at all.

The proven way to success has always been to pick a great company, pay as little as you can for it, and then leave it alone, reinvesting the dividends. Anything else you do will require a lot of time and energy.

Auto Surfs - Surf your way to profit!

Auto surf programs pay a daily % profit to you as long as you "auto surf" the required minimum number of sites per day. Auto surfing is much like watching TV, you can sit there and watch the sites or do something else while it runs. They are also a traffic exchange of sorts, allowing you to advertise your web sites for other investors to see. You can advertise your site with free credits generated from your surfing or you can purchase extra credits if you like.

If you have read my high yield investmnet journey piece, then you know Studio Traffic is my #1 program. But, I have also diversified into other top Auto Surf programs. Here they are:

Hitzpay is a 2% per day auto surf which produces profit via Forex trades. The cool thing about this program is that I have been able to get my principle out very quickly and therefore am able to continue investing with profit, so it continues to be a no risk investment for me!

Paid Response is a 1% per day auto surf that has become extremely popular. Due to this popularity and the high profile owner of this program, it should be good for some time to come.

DadNDaves is a 1% per day auto surf run by the owner of autosurfinfo.com. Most of these programs only yeild between 10% and 20% per month, which is low for HYIP programs, but is still very high compared to traditional investments. Even 10% per month is 120% per year and 20% is 240% per year, so is vastly superior to any kind of bank investment.

Global-Mutual is a real and registered company in Australia. They invest in real venture capital opportunities.

Feeder Fund is a great high yield investment pool program which does extensive research on each and every program they add to the pool. They have been online and paying since October, 2003.

FXIG is a real investment program utilizing a very sophisticated computer program for analyzing and predicting the Forex market. Average profit has been around 20% per month. Minimum investment for this program is $5,000, but you can invest with as little as $50, if you do it through Feeder Fund. This program will be closing to new investors before the end of the year. If you want to invest directly into FXIG, you can do so by following the links from Feeder Fund.

MPDW is by all accounts a real company and private investment program paying a variable amount of interest based on real trading profits. They invest mostly in the Forex market.

CG Financial is a real registered company. Here is their Certificate of Incorporation. They are also registered with fxstreet (Fxstreet Info) which shows that they do make trades. Now, this is not absolute proof that they are legit, but it is more proof than many other programs. The interest is low - around 12% per month, but payouts have been steady and reliable. They also offer venture capital investments from time to time. I am in one of the venture capital programs right now paying 25% profit per month + I get principle back in 4 months!

VAOL Investments also appears to be a real investment company. They have been online and paying reliably for more than a year. They are currently paying a variable interest rate around 20% per month depending on how well their trades are doing.

Fast Market is another company that appears to be a real investment program. They pay a minimum of 15% per month and will give you a free $50 bonus to invest with them. It doesn't pay a huge profit, but has been a steady income for me.

High Yield Investment Tips

1) Do not invest your retirement fund here! Begin investing with spare cash.

2) Do your own due diligence (research, research, research)

3) Diversify (Invest in a minimum of 8 reliable programs)
(Don't put all your eggs in one basket!)

4) Get principle back as quick as possible, and reinvest with a % of profit.
(If you have your principle back, you cannot be hurt when a program fails.)

5) Do not get greedy and invest in any program paying over 2.5% per day. (12DailyPro is the only exception I have found to this rule!)

6) Calculate ROI (Return On Investment) for each program. Some programs will claim 5% per day, but after you do the math, you find that principle return is included in the 5% and that they only pay 4 days a week for 30 days. Doing the math reveals that this pays 50% profit in 50 days or in other words 1% daily! StudioTraffic for example, pays 1% daily for 365 days (365%-principle=265%). So ROI is 265% pure profit per year.

How to get started in High Yield Investing

High Yield Investments, being mostly anonymous, offshore businesses, require the use of a payment processor. Some take StormPay or bank Wire Transfers. You can get a free StormPay account, link it to your bank account, and invest into these programs instantly! On the other hand, many of these programs only take E-Gold which is the predominent payment processor for these investments. So far, I have not run accross any program which doesn't accept E-Gold. In order to get money in E-Gold, you need to first open a free E-Gold account at e-gold.com and then open an account with an E-Gold exchange service, such as Omnipay at omnipay.com. Once your accounts have been successfully verified you will be able to wire funds from your bank account to your E-Gold exchanger which will then turn your money into gold! You can then log into your E-Gold account and see how many grams of real gold you own! It will also display the current value of your gold in us dollars. The value of gold fluctuates daily, but gold increases in overall value year after year, so it is in itself generally a good investment. You can get your profit back out of E-Gold the same way - by cashing it out through your E-Gold exchanger. You can then be paid by check or bank wire. Another option for cashing out your profit is via anonymous atm cards. Here is a reliable one: Uniclear.com

For those who are have never heard of HYIP before, it stands for High Yield Investment Program and is generally used regarding extremely high interest programs. Most of the very high profit programs (3% - 30% per day) are ponzi schemes - meaning they use money coming in from new investors in order to pay profit to existing investors and these programs usually don't last very long, often less than a month, sometimes only a week! Most of them say they invest your money in Forex, but this is either an outright lie, or they just don't realize that they cannot sustain these kind of super high returns consistently. Either way, my advice is to stay away from any program paying more than about 2.5% per day. The one exception I have found is 12DailyPro paying 12% per day for over 4 months now! I don't know how long they will last, but I am making a good profit with them and got my principle back long ago.

When beginning to invest in HYIP, you need to have an investing strategy. A good one to start with, as with all investments, is to diversify and invest in multiple solid programs in order to reduce risk. Another very important part of your strategy should be to withdraw profit to get your principle (initial investment) back as quickly as possible, then you can continue to re-invest with a % of your profit. This way your investment becomes completely risk free! For example, PaxMix pays about 2% per day (60% per month), so after 2 months, if this program was to end, you would already have received 120% (your principle + 20%), which is already considerably more than you would have made with your bank in a year! Just FYI, PaxMix has been paying for over a year now. You never know when these things will end, but if you do a ton of research, and use a sound investment strategy, you can make good money in this HYIP arena. Just don't get greedy, or you will loose money.

Making your money work for you

Making your money work for you
Conventional wisdom says you have to work hard for money. But it's time for people to learn that it isn't enough to accumulate money through working - you also have to make sure that the money you've accumulated works for you.

How does this work? Simply by putting your money into an asset that generates more money. This is a simple lesson that escapes most people. Sometimes, we think we are buying assets when they in fact liabilities.

Take the case of jewelry. Some people think that buying jewelry is a good investment because jewels and gold increase in value over time. This is true, but in most instances there is a "liquidation value," which is the price that other people will pay to buy your jewelry. A piece of jewelry might be apprised to be P100,000 in value but that does not mean that another person will purchase it from you at that amount. The actual value is almost always less than the appraised value.

So, while it is a sound philosophy to work for money, what we do with the money we accumulate is just as, if not more, important in the long term.

Have you been doing any or all of these?

Have you been doing any or all of these?

Traffic Exchanges
Buying Opportunity Seeker Leads
Autoresponder Message Campaigns
Online Classifieds
Safelists and Safelist Submitters
Guaranteed Hits or Visitors
Guaranteed Signups
Banner Exchanges
Email Blasters
Search Engine Submitters

The list goes on and on... How much time and
money have you wasted using these types of
advertising?

It's time to put an end to all this nonsense. It's not
where you advertise but who you advertise to that
makes the difference. The Affiliate Advertising
Networks primary purpose is to provide superior
quality advertising to a highly responsive and active
audience. It doesn't matter what you are promoting. An
income opportunity, an affiliate program, investment
program, products, services, etc. The AAN will give
you powerful and affordable results.

But we're going to make this even more appealing for
you. Every dollar you spend on your AAN membership
will be put to work for you in the form of 3 separate
income streams. Now your advertising doesn't have to
cost you anything at all. Instead it can rapidly
become profitable!

~ 4 Ways to Advertise ~
~ 3 Income Streams ~
~ Integrated Downline Builder ~
~ Low Monthly Membership Fee ~

Believe me... This is the last advertising source you
will ever need. If you add on the return of half of my referral commission then you actually get paid 150% of your initial spend.

12daily Pro accepts StormPay and e-gold but e-gold are superior due to the low fees for receiving the funds, with StormPay (as you can see above) the 6.9% + 69¢ fee takes a sizeable chunk from your profits. The main problem with e-gold is it is so hard to initially fund.

All you need to do to qualify for this is to join under my12daily Pro! and spend anything from $6 all the way up to the maximum of $6000 and I will send you 6% of your spend as soon as is possible (This will take a few days as I have to wait for my units to expire and get paid out before the commission gets paid out.)

I will contact you by e-mail to confirm I have received a commission from one of your spends and let you know when the estimated time I will send it is, if this is your first upgrade you will need to let me know where to send the payment. (If the value is small I may be able to send it straight away but I'm can't guarantee it as it depends on my account funding at the time.)

It is essential you allow me to contact you via e-mail when you join 12daily Pro! otherwise how can I contact you? Read the complaints and see how he Seller handled them. To easily find complaints within pages of feedback, do the following:

At the bottom of the first feedback page is a pulldown menu to display as many feedbacks as you want, set it to the maximum, 200.

Once you have your first page of 200, do CTRL F (for find) and type in "Complaint" - it will find the first one, then the next, etc., etc.

To view the next page of 200, hit the NEXT PAGE icon, not the page #2 (or 3,4, etc.) icon. If you don't do this, the number of feedbacks per page goes back to the default number which is 25.

How Sellers handle their negative feedback is cruical. Are they rude? Do they blame the customer? Are they critical of the customer? All of these things, and things like this, make the negative feedback worse in my opinion.

HOW MANY NEGATIVES SHOULD YOU ALLOW

It depends on the ration. If a guy has 10 feedbacks and 1 is negative, but it was obviously no big deal or seems retalitory in nature, that is fine even though his negatives are 10% of his total.

If he has thousands and has 25 negatives - even that may be understandable as when you are dealing with thousands of customers, mistakes do happen.

Normally though, just on a cursory glance, if anyone has below 99%, I take a serious look. But in general, I always check feedback and I READ the negatives and the neutrals.

NEUTRAL FEEDBACK

Are also very indicative of how a Seller operates. Some people are too shy to leave Negatives so leave Nuetrals. Be sure to read them if the Seller has a quite a few of them.

CHECK PAYPAL

Before you click the 'Send Money' tab, is he a verified seller? How many sales are in noted on his account. If only a few, do you want to be a guinea pig and take a chance with him?

There are no absolutes but there are indicators of potential trouble. be on the look out for them.

Welcome To Our Earn Online Blog!

HELLO Everyone!

Here you can find ways to earn REAL MONEY online! My battery backup chirped as lightning flashed outside. I had to find it! My fingers flurried across the keyboard. Where was it? The crack of thunder, jolted me in my seat! And there it was. A flash of brilliance across my screen! A link to the StudioTraffic website paying 1% daily! My prayers had been answered.

I was deep in debt and needed a way out. I had some tax return money and a small savings account which only accounted for a tiny % of my total debt. I needed a High Yield, money generating machine and I had finally found it on that dark, stormy night in April, 2005. In looking over the StudioTraffic site, I knew this type of investment having such a High Yield was also risky, but I didn't feel like I had a choice. I had to get myself and family out of the bottomless pit of debt. I immediately joined StudioTraffic and instantly purchased a $200 upgrade via stormpay and started the required surfing. I then placed a wire transfer for $13,300 (all the cash I had to my name) to StudioPay. It took close to a week and a half to get the wire transfer into StudioPay and then I was able to instantly upgrade my StudioTraffic account with the new funds. To my amazement and joy, I found that StudioTraffic paid me retroactively for the total $13,500 for every single day from the day I had joined and started surfing! Woohoo!

Since, then I have been consistently receiving over $4,100 a month from StudioTraffic. In the next month after I joined StudioTraffic, I found tons of other HYIP and AutoSurf opportunities, mostly from watching the auto surf sites at StudioTraffic. I found the good HYIP forums, read and researched until my eyes and fingers got sore. In my research I realized that I had gotten very lucky by investing in StudioTraffic since it has been online and paying for over 2 years now , is still growing at a phenomenal rate, and is one of the best programs available. I began using 50% of my $4,100 check every month to invest in other good HYIP and AutoSurf programs and depositing the other %50 into my bank account. I now have a very sizeable and growing investment and diversified portfolio in many HYIP and AutoSurf programs. I have been depositing my entire $4,100 profit from StudioTraffic into my bank every month and have been whittling away at my debts. I still have a ways to go to pay off all my debts, but I am considerably farther ahead than I would have been had I not found the StudioTraffic link that night, and I would not have any residual monthy income to work with. At the present time I am making more money with these programs than I am at my current job. At the rate my investments are growing, I will soon double my paychecks from work!"
